One of the Pediatrics Senior Residents, Dr. Merritt Adams, recomends a two bedroom apartment in the Fortwood area at 846 Oak Street, near.UTC and Erlanger.
Owned by Attorney Lisa Mack. Both bedrooms have small walk in closets. There are 2 bathrooms and one is an en suite to the larger bedroom. There is a kitchen, living room, laundry room, hall closet and some storage in the utility room. The apartment has access to a patio with a grill, lawn furniture and a small garden. Parking is on the street so the tenants would have to purchase a parking decal for $25.00.
Each bedroom has one window, the living room has two windows and the kitchen has one window. The kitchen floor is white marble and the bathrooms have green marble flooring.
