Internal Medicine Residency Core Lecture Series Occurs Monday - Friday at 12:00 noon. This series covers a broad array of both general medicine and sub-specialty topics. Each lecture is recorded and catalogued to provide residents who miss a lecture the opportunity to view the lecture. This series of conferences helps complete the resident's education and is important for board preparation. Case based conferences presented by the inpatient medicine teams are also presented three times weekly.
Internal Medicine Grand Rounds Takes place on Thursday at 8:15 AM bi-weekly. This is an excellent lecture series provided by outstanding physicians known around the country. Click here to view current schedule.
Ambulatory Conference Ambulatory Conferences are held twice a month on Friday afternoons. Lecture notes and quizzes are posted on BlackBoard
Friday Afternoon Conferences These are held from 12:00 - 3:00 PM; this time is protected for learning. Service pages are copied for immediate triage and attending response if necessary before 3:00 pm.
Stump the Professor These are special interactive noon conferences held with Grand Rounds speakers.
